How to bid

This is a proxy / max-bid sale — not a live click-war. Submit your highest bid for a lot. After close, we confirm the winning bidder and send payment / pickup terms.

  1. Pick a lot

    Browse open Construction or Agricultural lots. Review photos, hours, and specs.

  2. Submit a max bid

    Enter the most you are willing to pay (hammer). We record it against the lot.

  3. Sale closes

    Highest valid max bid wins. A buyer’s premium (shown on each lot) is added to the hammer.

  4. Pay & remove

    Written confirmation, protected payment, then pickup or delivery from Des Moines.

Sale terms (draft)

  • Buyer’s premium typically 10% on the winning hammer price (and Buy It Now).
  • Lots may have a hidden reserve. Public pages show only “Reserve met” or “Reserve not met.”
  • Buy It Now appears on selected lots and may be withdrawn once competitive bidding starts.
  • All lots sell as-is where-is unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • Bids and Buy It Now requests are offers — confirmed by Dulling King Sales in writing.
  • Bid form emails staff when Web3Forms is connected; until then call or text the auction desk.

By submitting, you authorize Dulling King Sales to record this as your proxy / max bid for the listed lot. Buyer’s premium applies if you win.
